We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our family.  This person will play a critical role in the success of our team.  They will focus on HR administration and support.

 What you will be doing:

  • Processes and manages data in HR systems (HR/Benefits/Payroll/Learning) to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Process employee information including new hire set-up and data changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Administer the Paid Time Off (PTO) Program including reviewing and approving requests for time off, maintaining accurate PTO balances and managing the process for annual carry over including calculating PTO balances at the end of the year.
  • Manage the unemployment process.
  • Completes and submits HR compliance related reporting (EEO-1, AAP, ACA, etc.)
  • Updates and distributes Company information published by HR as needed (contact list, org charts, handbook updates etc.)
  • Open new requisitions in Applicant Tracking System
  • Post open roles on appropriate external job boards
  • Create offer letters and track for signature
  • Manage the preboarding process for new hires, and supports onboarding when needed
  • Work with new employees on new hire paperwork to completion
  • Other tasks as assigned

  • 1+years HR experience, Recruiting or Coordinator
  • Able to quickly develop healthy working relationships with people and gain trust of others
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS
  • High sense of urgency and passion for customer service

What you will be doing:

HR Systems Administration

  • Processes and manages data in HR systems (HR/Benefits/Payroll/Learning) to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Process employee information including new hire set-up and data changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Communicate important information to Payroll and other internal departments or outside vendors as necessary, while maintaining appropriate confidentialities.
  • Assists in implementation of new systems and system upgrades; may take a lead role in specific areas.
  • Administer the Paid Time Off (PTO) Program including reviewing and approving requests for time off, maintaining accurate PTO balances and managing the process for annual carry over including calculating PTO balances at the end of the year. 

 General HR Support

  • Provide wage and employment verifications for internal and external customers
  • Manage the unemployment process.
  • Completes and submits HR compliance related reporting (EEO-1, AAP, ACA, etc.)
  • Updates and distributes Company information published by HR as needed (contact list, org charts, handbook updates etc.)
  • Other HR support as needed

 Recruiting Support

  • Open new requisitions in Applicant Tracking System
  • Post open roles on appropriate external job boards

  • Work with new employees on new hire paperwork to completion
  • Work closely with our recruiters improve upon existing process and programs
